Each subscription can be cancelled within 7 working days, counted from the registration date. After these 7 days, the following terms of cancellation are applied:
- Cancelling a course can only be done by email.
- Cancelling is free till 4 weeks before the start of the course.
- When you cancel 4 to 2 weeks before the start of the course you will have to pay 50% of the amount due.
- When you cancel within 2 weeks before the start of the course or after the course has started you will have to pay 100% of the amount due.
- You may send a replacement when you're not able to attend the course yourself. Please with the name of your replacement.
- For courses of more than one day you owe the full amount, even if you haven't been able to attend all course days.
- This also is the case if you have agreed to pay in installments.
- If International Lectures unfortunately has to cancel the course you will get a refund of the complete course fee you have paid.
- A cancellation is only valid when International Lectures has confirmed this by email.
